At Pretty Sweet, we bake everything fresh and deliver right to your door in Lahore! Here’s a quick rundown of how our delivery works:
Delivery Charges: It’s Rs. 300 for our standard delivery zones. If your area isn’t on the list, just reach out to us and we’ll see if we can make it happen!
Running Late? We always aim to be on time, but things like crazy traffic, bad weather, or a big rush of orders might slow us down a bit. We really appreciate your patience when this happens.
Receiving Your Order: Please double-check that your address and phone number are correct at checkout, and make sure someone is around to receive your treats. If the details are wrong or our rider can’t reach you, we unfortunately can’t take responsibility for lost or undelivered orders.
Refund Policy
At Pretty Sweet, we bake everything fresh, which means we have a few simple guidelines in place for returns and refunds:
Returns: Because our treats are perishable, we cannot accept returns once an order has been prepared. Please double-check your details before submitting your order to make sure everything is correct!
Refunds & Replacements: We only offer refunds or replacements if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items. Just send us a message with a photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we will happily make it right.
Delivery Responsibility: We are unable to offer refunds if a delivery fails because no one was around to receive it, our rider could not reach you by phone, or the address provided was incorrect. In these situations, the delivery costs and order cannot be refunded.
